In 2009, Ms. Tatyana Bondarenko has become co-organizer and co-founder of the Federation of franchising development, hospitality and infrastructure. 25 years of experience in the banking industry leaded to activity in promotion the idea of developing specialized banking programs for franchise lending projects. She was a member of the Franchising Committee at the European Business Association in 2006. Ms. Bondarenko is successfully continuing to study international experience of franchise lending and operate economic and finance Committee in the Federation.

From 1996 to present time, Ms. Bondarenko Tatiana has been working at international banks and has extensive experience in various areas of banking activities Societe Generale Ukraine (internal audit and control), Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine (management and international financial reporting as well as attracting and providing service to customers, the development and selling of banking products), Piraeus Bank ICB (sales managing in Kiev region and developing management accounting) etc.
